AI Software & Systems

Software that fits how you work.

Off-the-shelf tools make you work their way. When the gaps between them are costing you hours, I build the system that fits your business instead: forms, portals, pipelines, and AI that reads the paperwork so your team doesn't have to.

Built for one business at a time. Not another subscription you have to bend to fit.

When the workaround has become the job.

Most businesses run on a patchwork: a spreadsheet, an inbox, three apps that don't talk to each other, and one person who remembers how it all fits together. That works until it doesn't.

The kind of thing I build.

Every build is different, because every business is. These are the shapes most of them take.

Client onboardingOne link instead of twenty emails

New clients fill in their details and upload documents in one place. The system files everything where it belongs, spots what's missing and follows it up, so nobody has to chase.

Document handlingPaperwork that reads itself

Leases, invoices, forms and reports read by AI, with the details that matter pulled out and put where they need to go. A person still checks anything important before it's used.

Job pipelinesEvery job in one view

From enquiry to quote to booked to invoiced, in a pipeline that matches how your jobs actually move, not how a generic CRM thinks they should.

Internal assistantsAnswers from your own information

An assistant that answers your team's questions from your own procedures, price lists and policies, so the same questions stop landing on you.

Small first, then bigger once it's proven.

You see working pieces early, not a big reveal at the end.

1

Map the process

Before anything is built, I sit with how the work actually moves through the business: who touches what, where it stalls, and what's being done twice.

2

Scope and price it

What it does, what it connects to, how long it takes and what it costs. Agreed in writing before a line is built, so there's no open-ended bill.

3

Build in stages

Working pieces early, so it's easy to change direction while that's still cheap.

4

Launch and support

Tested on real cases, then switched on, with a plain summary of what does what. If something breaks, you text me and I fix it.

Fair things to ask.

Why not just use off-the-shelf software?

Often you should, and I'll tell you so. Custom makes sense when you've tried the obvious tools and they force your team into workarounds, or when the real problem is getting several tools to work together.

What does it cost?

It depends entirely on what it does. Every build is scoped and priced before it starts, so you know the number before you commit.

Can I start small?

Yes, and I'd usually recommend it. Build the one piece that hurts most, see it work, then decide on the next.

What happens if it breaks?

You text me and I fix it. Ongoing support is month to month if you want it.

Where does our data go?

We agree on that before anything is built: what's stored where, what AI is allowed to see, and what never leaves your systems. If your industry has rules about it, they shape the design from the start.

Got a process that doesn't fit the software?

Fifteen minutes to walk me through it. I'll tell you whether it's worth building, and what it would take.
