Allied health

Fewer empty appointments. Less front-desk chasing.

Physio, chiro, podiatry, massage and other clinics. I build the systems that fill cancellations, get forms back before patients arrive, and bring people back when they've dropped off, so your team can look after the patient in front of them.

Built around the practice software you already use.

What are empty appointments costing you?

Put in your own numbers. Count the late cancellations and no-shows that didn't get refilled.

Your numbers, your estimates. This is a rough guide to talk through, not a promise.

    Talk through your numbers

    The systems.

Most clinics have some of this already. We fill the gaps, not replace what works.

Reminders that get repliesConfirm or reschedule by text

Reminders go out at the right time, and patients can confirm or move their booking by replying. You find out about a cancellation while there's still time to fill it.

Cancellation fillingThe waitlist gets offered first

A slot opens, the waitlist is offered it, first to reply gets it. Nobody at the desk has to ring around.

New patient intakeForms back before they arrive

Intake forms go out when they book, come back before the appointment, and get filed in the right place.

    RecallsWho's dropped off, flagged

Patients who haven't been back in a set time get flagged, and a friendly check-in goes out. Your team decides who gets a call.

    After-hours enquiriesThe common questions, answered

Hours, prices, parking and referrals get answered straight away. Anything clinical is passed to a practitioner, never answered by the system.

    How it goes.

Most of the work is mine. Yours is telling me how things run and approving the messages.

    1

A quick look at how you work

Where enquiries and bookings come in, what software you use, and where things slip. If there's nothing worth building, I'll tell you before you spend anything.

    2

    Messages written with you

Everything goes out in your business's name and sounds like you. You approve every word, and every message has an easy opt-out.

    3

    Built and tested

Connected to what you already use and tested on real cases before a customer ever sees it.

    4

    Handed over and looked after

You get a plain summary of what's running. If something breaks or needs changing, you text me.

    What I don't do.

No clinical advice, ever. The system handles bookings, reminders and admin. Anything about symptoms, treatment or results goes to a practitioner.

Patient information is handled carefully. What's stored where, and what AI can and can't see, is agreed before anything is built, and your practice software stays the source of truth.

    Questions people ask.

Our practice software already sends reminders. Is this still useful?

Maybe not for reminders, and I'll say so. The gaps are usually cancellation filling, recalls and after-hours enquiries. We use what you have and build around it.

    What about patient privacy?

Health information gets extra care. We agree up front what the system can access, where anything is stored, and what never leaves your practice software.

Will it ever give health advice?

No. Anything clinical is passed to a practitioner. The system only handles admin.

    What does it cost?

Each build is quoted separately once I've seen how your clinic runs. You'll get a real number on the call.
