I build the systems that answer enquiries, chase quotes and handle the paperwork for local businesses, so the work you've already earned doesn't slip away while you're busy doing the job.
Some businesses need one automation. Some need a proper system built around how they work. Some need someone to work out which. I'll tell you which one you actually need.
AI Automation
The repetitive jobs that eat your evenings, running on their own: replies, follow-ups, reminders and review requests.
15 minutes. You walk me through how enquiries, quotes and admin move through the business, and I show you where it's leaking and what I'd look at first. Free, and you keep the notes either way.

The plan
What's broken, what it's costing, what I'd fix first and what that costs. One page, in plain English, priced before anything starts.
3
The build
Built, connected to what you already use, and tested on real cases before a customer ever touches it. You approve every message that goes out in your name.

Handed over, and looked after
You get a plain summary of what's running. If something breaks, you text me and I fix it. If you want something changed, same.
Based on the Fleurieu
One person, and you'll have his number.
I'm Jax. I run Emanate AI, and I'm the one who does the work. There's no account manager, no offshore team, no ticket queue. If something breaks, you text me and I fix it.
I started this because I watched good local businesses lose work they'd already earned: calls missed on the job, quotes nobody chased, nights spent typing up what should have happened automatically. Most of the fix is unglamorous. Get the process straight first, then automate the parts worth automating.
I'll also tell you when something isn't worth it. Some jobs should stay with a person, and a system that annoys your customers is worse than no system at all.

Before you book.
What does it cost?
Automations are quoted per build, depending on how many you want and what they need to connect to. Custom systems are scoped and priced before anything starts. Consulting begins with a fixed-price assessment.
I'll give you a real number on the call once I've seen the business. Quoting before that would be a guess, and you'd be right not to trust it.
Do I have to change the software I use?
Usually not. Most of what I build connects to what you've already got: your phone number, inbox, calendar, spreadsheet or CRM. If something genuinely needs replacing, I'll tell you why before anything changes.
How long does it take?
A single automation is usually running inside a fortnight. Bigger systems get a timeline in the plan, so you know before you agree to anything.
Will my customers know it's automated?
It reads like a normal message because you approve the wording. The point isn't to fool anyone. It's that a real reply arrives in seconds instead of hours.
Am I locked in?
No. Builds are quoted as one-off jobs, and ongoing support is month to month if you want it.
What happens to my data?
We agree on that before anything is built: what's stored where, what AI is allowed to see, and what never leaves your systems.
I'm flat out already. Do I need this?
Being flat out is usually why the admin is slipping. But I'm not going to talk you into anything. If there's nothing worth building, I'll tell you that on the call.
